Racoma obtained her secondary schooling at the College of the Holy Spirit, in Tarlac, and her undergraduate degree at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, where she graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. In 2006 she graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business.

Career

She has had a varied and international career, spending 22 years in an international civil servant at a regional development bank, the last 8 years of which she worked as project analyst. This enabled her to travel extensively and see the world.

Blogging

Her online efforts are directed at The D Spot, one of the top Philippine blogs and Pinoy Moms Network where she is Editor of the Parenting Subdomain Parenting.PinoyMomsNetwork.com, which has become an online community for net moms.
